TSG Solutions acquires Applied Risk Management, LLC (ARM), a Global Risk Management and Security Engineering Firm

Los Angeles, June 30, 2011 – TSG Solutions, a provider of Federal and Commercial security services and solutions, announced today that the company has acquired the business, contracts and assets of Applied Risk Management, LLC (ARM), a subsidiary of CAG USA, Inc., in an all-cash transaction.

ARM, a full-service security consulting and engineering firm, has a proven history of providing services to commercial and federal clients in industries including Power Plants, Transportation, Health Care, Government Agencies and numerous others. With industry acknowledged subject matter experts (SMEs), who have decades of experience, ARM is a recognized industry leader and a published author of books on security such as The Handbook for Campus Threat Assessment and Management Teams.
