TSG Solutions’ Strategic Advisory Board is comprised of industry leaders from the Defense and Space industries, as well as former top tier officers from Federal agencies and the US Military.
Our Strategic Advisory Board has been established to provide TSG Solutions with invaluable expertise, insight and guidance as it relates to business strategy, business development and to help TSG Solutions further realize its goal of becoming a true nationwide leader in the Defense and Security services and software market.
Martha Rainville, MGEN, USAF (ret), Strategic Advisor: Gen. Rainville is the former Adjutant General for the State of Vermont and is a Major General (ret) in the U.S Air Force. Gen. Rainville has over 30 years of public and private leadership experience, most recently as President of Rainville & Associates, LLC, where she has successfully assisted corporations to expand their business with the National Guard and other homeland security related areas. Immediately prior to this, Gen. Rainville served as Assistant Administrator for FEMA in the National Continuity Programs Department where, among other significant tasks, she conducted extensive Federal continuity training and exercise program which included the participation of over 10,000 non-military federal government personnel. She has extensive experience with continuity and response programs and has served as an Assistant Administrator with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Gen. Rainville holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi as well as two Honorary Doctorates from St. Michael’s College and Norwich University.
Gerald Dinkel, Strategic Advisor: Mr. Dinkel is a seasoned executive who has served as CEO, or in another executive position, for major defense companies such as Cubic Corporation’s defense segment, and White Electronics Designs Corporation, where he recently completed its successful sale to Microsemi Corporation in April 2010. Mr. Dinkel has also acted as senior advisor to numerous global aerospace and defense firms, assisting in various disciplines including hands-on development and implementation of growth strategies, operations restructuring, strategic management , M&A and business development. With over 35 years of experience in the public and private sectors, he possesses extensive knowledge of the defense and aerospace industries and has interfaced with high-level Executive Branch, Legislative and international decision makers. Mr. Dinkel holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and has served on various boards and governing committees.
Dianna Granum, Strategic Advisor: Dianna L. Granum is a Senior Strategic Advisor with experience and a proven track record of growing business organically and through strategic initiatives. Ms. Granum possesses direct industry executive management experience in addition to experience growing technology and software companies. Ms. Granum recently held the position of Senior Vice President/General Manager of CAE USA Professional Services. CAE is a large business with revenues exceeding $1.5B providing simulation and modeling technologies and integrated training solutions for the civil aviation industry and defense forces around the globe. Prior to her position at CAE, Granum held the position of Vice President of Business Development for Cubic Defense Applications. Cubic is the world leader in live combat training systems and employees over 7000 people worldwide. Prior to Cubic, Granum was employed for over 10 years by Applied Data Technology Inc. (ADTI) providing software and hardware solutions for the U.S. military. Ms. Granum also served four years in the U.S. Navy. Awards include Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Woman of the Year Award 2006.
